Exploring new concepts through art

Students in all grades enjoy exploring new concepts through art, such as line, pattern, color, texture and medium. Through their art lessons, students engage in creative thinking, self-expression, scientific investigations and exploring alternative ways of examining specific themes.

The art curriculum includes sketching and painting, and working with textiles, clay and chemical compounds. An annual art exhibit provides an opportunity for students to showcase their projects.
